Côte Uncorked offers curated French wines from Bordeaux, Burgundy, Champagne and Provence with UK-wide delivery, plus exclusive Côte Cuvée range
Côte Brasserie has unveiled Côte Uncorked, its debut online wine shop devoted exclusively to championing France’s most renowned vineyards and winemaking traditions. The platform is the first French-only online wine shop launched by a UK restaurant group, featuring more than 200 carefully selected bottles alongside Côte’s inaugural house wine, Côte Cuvée.
Handpicked by Côte Brasserie’s own wine specialists, Côte Uncorked showcases wines from France’s most prestigious regions from Bordeaux and Burgundy to Champagne, Chablis and Provence, all available for nationwide home delivery. Every wine has been chosen for its quality, origin and distinctive character.
The in house Côte Cuvée collection will be rolled out across its 69 brasseries nationwide, starting with three wines: a red, white and rosé. Specially blended for Côte, each wine has been crafted in small batches to complement the brasserie’s menu and suit various dining occasions.
The launch of Côte Uncorked comes after the success of Côte At Home, the premium home delivery service showcasing the brasserie’s finest cuisine designed by Gordon Ramsay’s former Executive Chef Steve Allen.
Appetite for classic French wine regions continues to rise among UK consumers, with drinkers increasingly looking for wines with provenance, heritage and regional identity.
The first release of Cuvée White (2025) is a crisp, refreshing blend crafted as an easy-drinking all-rounder. Developed to pair perfectly with dishes such as Côte’s crunchy salads and roast French chicken, it combines Vermentino grapes deliver coastal freshness while Grenache Blanc provides a peachy boost, securing its reputation as ‘seafood’s soulmate’.
The Cuvée Rosé (2025) is a delicate, refined rosé crafted with Grenache Noir grapes, presenting vibrant notes of strawberry, lemon and cherry. Crisp and refreshing, it is ideal for outdoor dining and lighter fare.
Rounding off the trio is the Cuvée Red (2025), a silky, fruity and subtly spiced red produced with Grenache Noir grapes. Accessible and easy-drinking, it complements Côte’s butchery steaks and pork dishes perfectly.
Every bottle on Côte Uncorked is exclusively French, mirroring Côte Brasserie’s longstanding philosophy regarding wine: “If it’s not French, it’s not on the list.”
A Côte spokesperson said: “French wine has always been at the heart of Côte. For years our guests have asked if they could enjoy the wines they discover in our restaurants at home, particularly from iconic regions like Burgundy, Bordeaux and Champagne.
“Côte Uncorked is our answer to that demand, a carefully curated online shop dedicated entirely to France, bringing together more than 200 exceptional bottles from the country’s most celebrated vineyards.
“We’re incredibly proud to introduce our first ever Côte Cuvée, created exclusively for our brasseries. These wines have been carefully blended to reflect the style and spirit of Côte – approachable, elegant and designed to pair beautifully with our dishes.”
To make discovering French wine even simpler, Côte Uncorked has put together a range of specialist selection cases, available in boxes of six or twelve bottles.
The Discovery Six (£70) provides the ideal introduction, a case of six wines highlighting six different grape varieties. For wine lovers, the Sommelier’s Selection features a handpicked collection of Côte’s finest wines, with a white wine case (£110) and a red wine case (£120).
For celebrations, the French Fizz Case (£210) assembles a selection of sparkling French wines, ideal for commemorating any special occasion.
