Aldi’s £7 offering could be just the thing for picnic lovers or families organising snacks for a day out
Aldi is selling a £6.99 snack container ideal for summer picnics or family day trips. With eight compartments, the rectangular serving tray could be just the thing for lunch on the go.
As per the product description, the container has a “clip lid storage with silicone rim” and measures approximately 31 x 23.7 x 6.9cm. For the same price, Aldi also offers a square container with four compartments, which measures approximately 24 x 23.5 x 7.5cm.
Facebook page Dansway Gifts and Bargains UK showcased the rectangular container in a popular post, which received hundreds of likes. The caption read: “This 8 Compartment Serving Tray with Handle is fantastic for taking snacks on days out or whilst having a picnic! Only £6.99 at ALDI.”
In response, commenters were quick to share their delight. One impressed social media user said: “Love it.” A second fan commented: “This looks good.” A third viewer praised: “I want one of these!” A fourth added: “Perfect.”
Meanwhile, different viewers tagged fellow Facebook users to suggest a trip to Aldi. Several shoppers suggested using the containers for flights. One such response read: “These are good for snacks on the plane.” Another wrote: “Might get these for the flight and fill up. “
