Taylor Swift is in the air right now. She recently arrived in the country to kickstart her long-awaited Eras Tour in the UK, and she’s already finished her journey in one city.

She arrived in Edinburgh last week to play three sold-out, record-breaking shows at Murrayfield Stadium.

This week, she’ll move on to Anfield Stadium in Liverpool. And from there, Tay-Tay will go to Cardiff and eventually London’s Wembley Stadium.

However, fans believe she has another stop planned for her journey: An early arrival at Wembley Stadium this Sunday, June 16, 2024.

This weekend, is hosting its annual event. And, traditionally, the event brings out some surprise guests along the way. Could that be Taylor Swift?

.

Fans seem to think so. With F speaking out on X/Twitter: “Taylor Swift at summertime ball this year? she’s free on the 16th June and in the UK…” (sic)

Tyler agreed: “delulu theory: please please please is going to feature taylor swift and then sabrina is going to bring taylor out at summertime ball since she’ll be in the uk, yup it’s gonna happen.” (sic)

“Wild theory but I think Taylor Swift could be a surprise artist for the Capital Summertime ball,” Bekah said. “She’s in Liverpool on the 15th and doesn’t perform in Cardiff until the 18th” (sic)

Megan went on to add fuel to the fire: “That summertime ball line up is awful. Glad I’m not bothering this year. The only way they’d make it better is if Taylor Swift is the surprise act being announced tomorrow. #CapitalSTB” (sic)

.

As pointed out by the fans, Taylor has a gap in her schedule between Saturday’s show in Liverpool and her Tuesday gig in Cardiff. Could she be gearing up to hit Wembley ahead of time?

Last year’s Summertime Ball saw the unexpected arrival of Kylie Minogue at the last minute, replacing Lewis Capaldi.

So, this year, it certainly could be the Anti-Hero singer – but there are currently no guarantees.

Thankfully, if you want to attend and do not have a ticket, you could grab one on resale ahead of time. Here’s the link you need:

Otherwise, if you are looking to buy tickets to Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour ahead of time, you still have a chance.

Tickets for the Eras Tour were first released back in 2023, and subsequently sold out very quickly. But, by looking on and , resale tickets will allow fans to track down their ideal tickets for the Eras Tour.

With that said, they may be a little more expensive than you’re expecting. At the time of writing, some tickets are being priced at just over £400 for a seated ticket. Some other tickets have been priced at just above £600.

Sites such as viagogo and Vivid Seats allow fans to buy resale tickets from other fans. However, it is important to note that many event promoters say tickets should not be resold after initial purchase and will not be valid for admittance to gigs.

Fans attending live events with tickets acquired through resale websites are advised to double-check the ticket terms and conditions at the point of sale – such as Ticketmaster or Live Nation – to ensure a smooth live event experience. Tickets could be voided if they were found to be bought second-hand. As a result, fans are buying at their own risk.

With that said, viagogo also commented: “viagogo is a regulated marketplace where fans have the freedom to buy and sell tickets to their favourite live events, safely and securely, backed by a guarantee.”
