Swiss football fans tonight hailed their national team as ‘heroes’ following their dramatic victory over Italy in the Euros.
The supporters created the stunning win on ‘team-work’ and their lacklustre opponents.
Teenagers Marc, Filipe, Liam, Ben and Noah, from Zurich, told how they planned to celebrate the historic victory late into the night in the bars of Majorca.
Marc, 18, told MailOnline: ‘We are all so happy, this was such a great win. Our guys are heroes for what they have done.
‘And to be honest Italy were just not that good tonight.’

Title holders Italy looked disappointing in Berlin as the team struggled to keep the ball for the first hour while Switzerland snatched two goals.
Switzerland have landed a few blows on neighbours, including two draws in qualifying which helped to keep Italy out of the last World Cup.
This was the first time they had beaten the Azzurri for 31 years, the last victory being when Roy Hodgson was in charge.
They could now face England in Dusseldorf for the Quarter-final if the Lions manage to send Slovakia packing in their first knockout match on Sunday evening.
Swiss fan Robin Baecher was full of praise as he watched the final whistle.
Surrounding by German fans in a packed bar, Robin 25, from Basel, said: ‘I can’t believe it.
‘This is an amazing result! I am so proud of my team!’

Friends Rene, Fabrice, Sandro and Dragy, from Villmegen, near Zurich said the victory had made their holiday to Majorca extra special.
Rene, 48, said: ‘We were already having a good time on holiday here in Majorca, but this has made it even better!
‘We are all so proud of our boys. They are amazing!’
Couple Bettina, 55, and Joachim, 60, from Basel were delighted by the result.
Bettina said: ‘Switzerland were the best team. Italy were not even close to our team tonight!’
